Data we collect
• Provided: email, encrypted password, preferences. • Automatically: device info, IP, usage logs, crash reports. • Third parties: Stripe confirmations, Firebase Auth data, push tokens.
Purpose of processing
• Deliver accounts, trading signals, and preferences. • Process payments via Stripe. • Improve stability and quality. • Communicate purchases, support replies, critical updates.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), Consent for push notifications (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Sharing & processors
We only share data with Stripe (payments) and Firebase (auth, crash reporting, push). We do not sell personal data.
Storage & deletion
Account data is deleted when you delete your account. Purchase history stays for 5 years. Logs up to 12 months. Push tokens removed when notifications are disabled or app uninstalled.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, object, or withdraw consent via kontakt@norvy.no.
Security & transfers
We enforce encryption and access controls. Firebase and Stripe may process data outside the EU/EEA; we rely on SCCs and data processing agreements.
